鐵板餐是香港的一種餐點，特點是使用經過加熱的鐵盤盛放食物，上菜時，鐵板被加熱至高溫，然後放在用來隔熱的木板上，最後把預先煎好或烤好的肉放上，利用高溫的鐵板保持食物熱度，而搭配的醬汁則在鐵板餐上桌時，由侍應在客人面前或由客人親自倒在鐵板上，高溫令醬汁瞬間沸騰，醬汁的水份迅速蒸發成為煙霧，並發出吱吱的聲響，成為鐵板餐的一大特色。
